As our Chief Villager, you’d expect Carolyn to have a wealth of experience, which of course she does, in both Australia and New Zealand.
Before founding Little Village Creative, she led the Sydney office of a leading independent agency, where she oversaw delivery of high profile work for the likes of CBA, Kikkoman and celebrity chef Karen Martini.
The continually evolving needs of clients like Xero, Unilever, Johnson & Johnson and Virgin amongst others, is what gave Carolyn the idea to build an agency where clients would pay only for the team they needed, not an entire agency team.
An in demand speaker and respected opinion maker, she has graced the stage at Xerocon and appeared in the AFR, Herald Sun and on ABC News.

Efrat Aharonovich

Efrat is one of those rare individuals who can genuinely say they understand the problems clients face in the dizzying world of modern marketing.
She’s worked both agency and client-side, and prior to becoming a Little Villager, she held a senior role at leading ad management platform Marin Software, where she managed executive-level client relationships across a diverse portfolio of brands.
Efrat prides herself on the strength of her relationships, not to mention delivering amazing results for clients. She’s also a whiz at digital marketing, especially SEO, PPC, display, social media and conversion optimisation, to name a few.

Coming from a family of writers, artists and software devs, Ashleigh was seemingly destined for a career where they could put their creative talent to work.
They take enormous pride in their storytelling, whether it’s creating eye catching social media campaigns, irresistible client emails or carefully crafted content.
Ashleigh has a passion for sustainability-focused and values-led businesses, as well as non-profits, looking to connect with an audience that cares.
